Your daily role:

• Be the main point of contact for customers, representing an iconic luxury automotive brand

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring smooth and professional interactions

• Provide accurate, timely assistance for a range of car-related topics and services

• Deliver outstanding roadside support and turn challenges into positive experiences

• Collaborate with your colleagues and share ideas in a dynamic environment

• Make the most of your time in Crete with exciting cultural and leisure experiences!

What you bring:

• Fluency in Danish and strong command of English

• A passion for the automotive world

• Previous customer service experience (6 months or more preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• Tech-savviness and eagerness to learn

• A positive, can-do attitude and a readiness for adventure!
