A vibrant creative school in Ealing with a strong focus on the Performing Arts is seeking a passionate and skilled Drama Teacher to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Drama Teacher to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, and potentially A-Level Drama, developing their performance and analytical skills within a creative school environment. Location: Ealing Role: Drama Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver creative and challenging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
- Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for a wide range of dramatic techniques and theatrical styles within Drama, fostering creativity.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Creative Arts to share best practice and enhance the Drama curriculum within our creative school.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Drama, valuing creative development.
- Direct and support school drama productions and extracurricular drama clubs, encouraging creative participation.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Drama at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply) with a focus on creativity.
- Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Drama and theatre, with experience in fostering creative performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students in Drama through creative activities.
- A passion for fostering creativity and performance skills through Drama within a creative school environment.
