Our Live88 Studio team is growing, and we are looking for a Full-stack Software Engineer to join us on our journey!
Full-Stack Software Engineer is responsible for building and maintaining a high-performance tool aimed at improving the efficiency of our global operations teams. This role focuses on developing a web tool that enhances the tracking of performance metrics, automates processes, and serves as a central operations hub. Full-Stack Software Engineer is responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment, ensuring scalability across multiple regions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Your day-to-day
- Developing, delivering and maintaining highly performant, responsive and well-structured software.
- Developing front-end user interfaces with React, utilizing its ecosystem.
- Monitoring the performance of your deliverables by tracking Lighthouse score, loading speed, time to the first byte, cumulative layout shift etc.
- Writing automated tests.
- Deploying to production and taking care of monitoring.
- Designing services to be highly available and scaling across multiple geographical regions.
- Working closely with cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.
- Working independently and driving the project.
- Continuously improving your stack and paying off technical debt.
Your background and mindset
- 3+ years of hands-on working experience in full-stack development;
- Hands-on experience with any of the following programming languages: JavaScript, TypeScript.
- Good knowledge and experience of any of the following: React.js, Node.js, Next.js, Express.
- HTML5/CSS3 for creating responsive and accessible web interfaces.
- Experience with PostgresSQL, MongoDB, Docker.
- Experience with at least one of the following: Redis, SQL, Elasticsearch, Protobuf, GraphQL.
- Experience with Security measures such as Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF).
- Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and data-heavy applications.
- Experience with at least one of the following: Java, Kotlin.
- Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.
- Excellent level of written and verbal English.
