Location: Kensington Role: English Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
- Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for a wide range of literary genres and language skills.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the English curriculum.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in English.
- Potentially contribute to extracurricular English clubs or activities, such as debate or creative writing.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in English Language and Literature or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching English at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the English language and literature.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students in English.
- A commitment to fostering a love of reading and writing in English within a supportive school educational setting.
