Location: Richmond Role: Dance Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Dance lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially BTEC Dance).
- Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for a wide range of dance techniques and choreographic principles within Dance.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Performing Arts to share best practice and enhance the Dance curriculum.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Dance.
- Potentially lead extracurricular Dance clubs or contribute to school performances.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Dance.
- Degree in Dance or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Dance at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply), with experience in BTEC Dance being advantageous.
- Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of various dance styles and choreography.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students in Dance.
- A passion for fostering creativity and performance skills through Dance.
