As an Art Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging Art and Design lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the chance to contribute to KS5.

• Plan and deliver lessons across various media, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital art.

• Encourage students to develop confidence in their artistic abilities and take creative risks.

• Track student progress and provide high-quality feedback to support their development.

• Play an active role in departmental planning and curriculum development.

• Support extracurricular art activities such as clubs, trips, and exhibitions.

We’re looking for an Art Teacher who:

• Holds QTS and a relevant degree in Art, Fine Art, or Art & Design.

• Has a passion for teaching and inspiring young people through the visual arts.

• Is confident in adapting lessons for a range of learners and abilities.

• Maintains high expectations for student achievement and classroom behaviour.

• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative and creative department.
