Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's financial reporting process.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements to guide executive decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial forecasting models to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop financial strategies and optimize budget utilization.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement to enhance overall financial efficiency.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in Controlling, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Strong communication abilities using both Swedish and English.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
