HR Generalist

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resource Management
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and HRIS tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate HR records, oversee payroll processing, and optimize HRIS systems for smooth operational workflows.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies, conduct surveys, and address employee concerns to enhance job satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Identify skill gaps, organize training programs, and support employee development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Implement performance review cycles, provide coaching, and align employee goals with organizational objectives for continuous growth.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct training sessions, and implement wellness initiatives to promote a healthy work environment.
  • Manage benefits programs and ensure competitive compensation structures to retain and attract employees.
  • Address grievances, mediate workplace conflicts, and foster a positive, productive work culture through effective communication.
  • Strengthen employer branding by promoting company culture and values through social media, career events, and internal initiatives
  • Ensure HR policies align with regulations and handle audits or legal matters efficiently.
