Senior Full Stack Developer - React & Next.js

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on frontend. 
• Expertise in React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of backend development (Node.js, REST APIs, databases).
• Experience with SSR, SSG, and performance optimization in Next.js.
• Ability to lead and mentor a small team of developers.
• Experience in AI or creative tools.
• Contributions to open source or personal projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of a scalable frontend architecture.
• Build and optimize user-facing features with React and Next.js.
• Collaborate on backend APIs using Node.js or similar.
• Mentor junior developers and review code to maintain best practices.
• Drive performance improvements and technical decisions across the stack.
• Contribute to project planning, estimations, and technical documentation.
