Responsabilities and Tasks:

We are searching for a BIB Replication Lead for a temporary project (initially 6 weeks, but this can be extended), in the Indian time zone.

• Configure and parameterize Business Integration Builder (BIB) for data replication.
• Configure and monitor master data replication between Employee Central and SAP HCM.
• Define and execute unit and integration tests (UAT) to ensure proper data replication.
• Prepare technical documentation on BIB and SAP HCM configurations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree.
• 4 years of experience.
• Business Integration Builder (BIB) proficiency for data replication between SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.
• Debugging errors in synchronization between Employee Central and SAP HCM.
• Strategies for migrating employee data from legacy systems to SuccessFactors.
• English proficiency.
• Experience in managing VWM projects (desirable).
• Experience in integration on SuccessFactors with SAP HR (HCM) On-Premise.
• Strategy and execution of data migration from legacy systems.
