- Responsible for leading and overseeing the registration process for all types of units transactions.
- Oversee the registration department daily operation, managing clients portfolio and update on day-by-day basis.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize registration processes, enhance efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, presentations, and actionable recommendations to communicate progress, challenges, and results to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 7+ years in unit registration, real estate operations or similar experience.
- Knowledge of improvement methodologies. Lean or Six Sigma are preferred
- Experience in policy and procedure development, ensuring compliance with company regulations and standards.
- Excellent project management skills
- Bi-Lingual, Arabic (native), excellent command in English.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and quality assurance principles.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Masters is preferred
