About the Role:
We are seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Porto. You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess user content (text, images, videos) according topolicy guidelines.

• Identify and escalate sensitive issues when necessary.

• Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in daily work.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure user safety and platform integrity.

Profile:

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) and good command of English.

• Legal authorization to work in Portugal (EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or valid Visa under consultation).

• Attention to detail, good judgment, and adaptability.
