Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding clinical care to patients, maintaining high standards of veterinary excellence.
- Consult with clients to provide advice, diagnosis, and treatment plans in a clear and compassionate manner.
- Perform surgical and medical procedures with competence and confidence.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through teamwork and clinical discussions.
- Support and mentor less experienced team members where appropriate.
Requirements
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine and registration (or eligibility) with the RCVS.
- Proactive approach with a commitment to high clinical standards and client service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Confidence in routine surgeries and consultations (support provided for areas of development).
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
