Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging French Teacher lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5.
• Develop students' skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in French.
• Assess and monitor student progress in French, providing effective feedback to support their language acquisition.
• Contribute to the promotion of French language and culture within the school through extracurricular activities.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in French.
• Demonstrated experience teaching French at the secondary level, including A-Level experience being advantageous.
• Native or near-native fluency in French and a strong understanding of French culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating students to learn a foreign language.
