Commisioning Coordinator

At beonit, we are looking for a Commisioning  coordinator  to coordinating all aspects of content production and development, ensuring smooth execution from initial pitch to final publication. Acting as a key liaison between internal teams (Programming, Finance, Archive, Operations) and external partners (production companies).

This role sits within the Commissioning department, supporting the development and delivery of externally produced content, primarily focusing on series and documentaries. The Coordinator Producer plays a central role in managing the day-to-day coordination between the external production companies and internal departments, including Creative, Legal, Administrative, Archive, and Operations.

The position supports commissioned projects from the moment of greenlight through to delivery and publication, ensuring that all creative, legal, and technical requirements are met throughout the production lifecycle.

What we need from you

- At least 2 years of production experience.
- Excel proficient.
- Human Resources background.
- Experience with Asana, Aspera, Watson, Grass Valley or similar.
- Knowledge of audivisual production.
- Demonstrable level of English C1 in verbal communication.
