 Your Responsibilities

✔️ Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the KS2 curriculum.
✔️ Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
✔️ Assess and track student progress, using data to inform teaching and interventions.
✔️ Foster a love of learning through interactive and creative teaching methods.
✔️ Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance the KS2 curriculum.
✔️ Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of progress.
✔️ Take part in school meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education.
🔹 Experience teaching in KS2, with a strong understanding of the curriculum.
🔹 A passion for engaging and inspiring young learners.
🔹 Excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies.
🔹 Strong communication and teamwork skills.
🔹 A commitment to ongoing professional development.
