Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative PE programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of female students.
• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that promote physical fitness, skill development, and teamwork.
• Lead and develop extra-curricular sports clubs and activities, providing opportunities for students to participate in a range of sports.
• Utilize technology and data to assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted feedback and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the PE curriculum, ensuring it is relevant and engaging.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the PE department.
• Organize and lead school sports events and competitions.
• Act as a mentor and role model for female students, encouraging their participation and leadership in sports.

We Need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Physical Education or a related field.

• Experience teaching PE to female students at secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of innovative teaching methods and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• A passion for promoting female participation and leadership in sports.
• Ability to create engaging and challenging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
