Your Mission as a Production engineer

As a Production Engineer, your mission is to enhance well performance and optimize production systems. You will be pivotal in ensuring maximum efficiency and output across our operations, contributing to both short-term results and long-term sustainability in our production engineering practices.

You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as a Production engineer

• Conducting well performance analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Leading production optimization initiatives to maximize output.
• Performing wells monitoring and surveillance to ensure operational integrity.
• Utilizing production software (PIPESIM, OFM, and AVOCET) to analyze and support engineering decisions.
• Designing and optimizing Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP) to enhance recovery and performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement production strategies and ensure alignment with field objectives.

Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as a Production engineer

• 5+ years of proven experience in production engineering.
• Strong technical background in well performance, surveillance, and optimization.
• Proficiency in tools: PIPESIM, OFM, and AVOCET.
• In-depth understanding of ESP systems, including design and optimization.
• Operational field experience and a practical mindset toward solving engineering challenges.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
