Job Description:
- Display Rental
- Prepares monthly accrual and analysis of display rentals maintained at customers outlets
- Analyzes Accounts Payable Display Rental account and prepares necessary adjusting accounting entry
- Monitors contracts for Display Rental
- Collection
- Monitors and follows - up that all accounts are collected on time
- Plot Weekly Collection Report for Visayas Key Accounts Specialists
- Official Receipts Posting
- Checks completeness of collection receipts (CR) and investigates missing CRs
- Posting of collection receipts of Visayas Key Accounts Specialists and matches collections against customers account balances; this includes posting of deductions from collections such as display rentals, sales returns, promo supports, creditable withholding taxes, etc.
- Prepares Collection Discrepancy Notice for Visayas Key Accounts Specialists
- Files collection receipts
- Variances and Reconciliation
- Reconciles hanging balances of assigned accounts
- Follow - up supports for deductions from collections such as display rentals, returns, promo supports, creditable withholding taxes, etc. from Sales personnel;
- Reports and Documentation
- Prepares Account Receivable Aging Report
- Prepares monthly report on unsupported deductions from collection and follow-up (verbally and thru email) from sales personnel
- Prepares and reviews Incident Report, Collection Discrepancy Notice, Demand Letters, and other needed letters and reports
- Checks and monitors invoices for Cebu Warehouse;
- Attends to reportorial requirements of the Immediate Head
Personnel Handling
- Recruitment
- Prepares written formalities for request of additional personnel (contractual or regular) under her, as approved by the Immediate Head
- Appraisal
- Evaluates and appraises personnels work performance according to set standards and criteria and discusses key areas of improvement with the said personnel; recommends promotion, demotion, or termination of appraised personnel
- Timekeeping
- Checks and monitors personnel attendance\
- Reviews and endorses request for overtime of personnel
- Coordinates with the agency contractor on other time keeping concerns of subordinates
People Development
- Trains newly hired direct reports during work orientation period
- Conducts regular meetings with subordinates, to monitor progress of projects, discuss problems, find and implement solutions and corrective actions and if applicable, establish goals and improvements for the next endeavors and coordinates with HR for possible trainings and development
- Fosters and maintains healthy employee relationship within the department and outside the area of responsibility, instills the Company Core Values and initiates proper and fair discipline among associates
- Performs other applicable functions that may be assigned by the Immediate Head
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to travel and to work in Cebu City
- Can work with less supervision;
- With good interpersonal and communication skills
- Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays
- Work arrangement: Onsite - Cebu head Office | Fulltime
