Secondary Accounts Specialist

Job Description:

  • Developing and maintaining Sales activities within assigned outlets/areas in order to increase the flow of the companys products through the wholesale/retail trade and institutional accounts and thus, to achieve established sales target;
  • The proactive penetration of all potential Sales channels in the assigned area
  • Creating and presenting proposals/desired programs per Sales channel to the ASM, RSM and NSM for approval
  • Persuasive Selling develops secondary / grocery type of accounts and transacts with pertinent customers to improve market leverage and ensure 100% achievement of actual sales versus target\
  • Introduce products as an additional feature to customers existing product portfolio
  • Sales Planning and Merchandising planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in coordination with buyers, store in-charge
  • Coordinates with Store Purchasers/ Buyers about the Sales orders
  • Customer Feedback and Relationship gather customers reactions to the products and services (as applicable)
  • Maintains harmonious relationship with trade outlets and internal customers
  • Credit Management directly facilitates the requirements for credit line application of newly acquired accounts for submission to Credit and Collection Department to facilitate the standard approval process.
  • Processes on-time collection of accounts with assurance on the validity of the claims deducted by the customers from its payment
  • Ensures on-time remittance of collection and required reports directly to Cebu or thru the Distribution Care Specialist and Area Sales Manager
  • Monitors the status of customers accounts handled and evaluates collectibles to facilitate an immediate course of action for purposes of minimizing losses on doubtful accounts.
  • Customer Relations Management ensure to maintain a good relationship with Secondary Accounts Specialists Buyers and other third party partners
  • Sales Promo timely implementation of approved programs and activities
  • Timely evaluation of the implemented programs and make necessary recommendations to the Distribution Care Specialist and Area Sales Manager
  • Information and Records Management - maintain and updates Independent Customers Profile
  • Regularly submits reportorial requirements to the Distribution Care Specialist
  • Sales Planning plans and implements activities directed at accomplishing the Sales Objectives, in coordination with the Distribution Care Specialist

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course preferably Business Administration related
  • Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of related work experience in Sales\
  • Must have a drivers license of at least Professional 1 and knows how to drive motorcycles
  • Able to work under pressure, highly trustworthy & willing to work on irregular schedule

Additional details:

  • Work schedule: Mondays to Saturdays
  • Work arrangement: Onsite - Davao | Fulltime
