Assistant Accountant

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Assistant Accountant to join their client's team in the Aviation industry.

This role includes processing supplier invoices, bank transactions, and petty cash, issuing payment runs, supplier reconciliations, posting general journals, and maintaining accurate records. The candidate will also assist with bank reconciliations, prepayments, general accruals, intra-company reconciliations, and clerical finance support.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• A-Level in Accounting or equivalent
• Strong MS Excel and Outlook skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
