The role

To effectively project manage Maintenance & Compliance of all existing & new stores in portfolio in a timely and cost effective manner across the region.

• Management and oversight of Repairs and Maintenance of all existing stores.
• Successfully liaise and communicate with the stores’ teams to manage repairs and interventions
• Communicate with external maintenance suppliers to coordinate interventions
• Liaise with Shopping Centre Maintenance and Technical teams
• Consulting with key support departments weekly to achieve timelines ( Store Dev / IT / Logistics )
• All other projects as directed by the Store development manager Europe

About you

• Bachelor degree or higher qualification
• Fluent in  English and communicative knowledge of Dutch and French
• 3 year of maintenance management in Retail sector or similar.
• High observable level of Customer service
• Focused on the result
• Open and honest communicator
• Strong team player and leadership skills
• Assertive coupled with an empathetic and supportive style
