About the role:

An Outstanding boy’s school in Brent is seeking a passionate Spanish Teacher to join their modern foreign language department from September. The successful candidate will be able to teach Spanish to key stages 3 to 5.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Spanish Teacher lessons, covering grammar, vocabulary, and cultural topics.
• Prepare students for examinations and assessments.
• Develop students’ language skills and intercultural understanding.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Contribute to the development of the Spanish curriculum and resources.
• Organise and lead Spanish related extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) with a specialism in Spanish.
• Proven experience in teaching Spanish at secondary level.
• Strong language skills and a passion for Spanish language and culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
