Mission

We’re looking for a Finance Intern who is eager to develop practical skills in financial operations, data analysis, and cross-functional projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain insight into the financial decision-making process and contribute to key initiatives within a global organization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain finance KPI dashboardsto track performance metrics.
  • Analyze key financial metrics and provide insights.
  • Support global productivity improvement projects.
  • Assist with monthly accounting close processes, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
  • Support data collectionfor financial analysis.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

    To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:

    Education & Experience:

    • Final-year Bachelor's or Master’s degree students in Business Administration (ADE), Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Previous internship experience in Finance is a plus.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

    Languages:

    • Fluency in Spanish and English.

    Technical Skills:

    • Strong Excel skills.
    • Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva).
