PA/QA Expert ( Defense/ Aerospace)

We are seeking a PA/QA Expert with proven experience in hardware and software projects, preferably in theDefense and/or Aerospacesectors.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance with standards at all project phases, from design to implementation.

Tasks to be performed: 

• Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, or other applicable standards).
• Implement and manage quality assurance (QA) and product assurance (PA) processes in hardware and software projects.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits.
• Define and oversee quality plans and validation and verification processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration of hardware and software systems.
• Ensure compliance with specific regulations in the Defense and/or Aerospace sectors.
• Manage non-conformities and propose continuous improvement plans.
• Prepare technical reports and quality documentation

Required skills, experience and candidate profile: 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PA/QA roles.
• Experience in projects involving hardware and software.
• Advanced knowledge of standards and regulations in the Defense and Aerospace sectors (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254, ECSS, MIL-STD).
• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Skills in auditing and quality control tools.
• Proficiency in technical English (spoken and written).

Additionally, we will also value experience in the following areas: 

• Experience in certifications or validations in regulated environments.
