Project Coordinator - Bulgaria

We are looking for a Project Coordinator for our client in Bulgaria - Sofia.

Job Description:

Designing, managing, and overseeing technical security projects;

Developing optimal technical security solutions, including conceptual and detailed planning;

Designing technical security systems;

Coordinating with contractors on-site, providing project support, and resolving issues;

Defining cost estimates and preparing investment assessments;

Keeping up with new technologies, participating in internal and external training, and visiting suppliers and trade show;

Participating in the preparation of offers and invoices based on technical solutions;

Preparing required project documentation;

Ordering equipment and tracking deliveries and deadlines for the project;

Providing client support during system commissioning;

Training system users;

Monitoring project implementation and reporting on progress.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as Project Coordinator in Safety and Security industry;

Industry experience, familiar with safety and security systems, fire safety and fire detection being the most important;

High school diploma or higher education degree in technical fields;

Driver’s license – Category B;

English language proficiency (spoken and written) – B2 level;

Knowledge of the operation, characteristics, and standards of safety and security systems;

Advanced knowledge of electronics, telecommunications, and automation;

Familiarity with diagnosing technical issues and the ability to find functional solutions using available equipment;

Prior experience using AutoCAD constitutes an advantage;

Understanding complete project documentation;

Basic knowledge of MS Office and other IT tools and software (ERP);

Business correspondence – understanding various channels of professional communication;

Strong organizational skills – prioritization and time management;

Teamwork skills.
