About the Opportunity

We are in search of an experienced and visionary leader to join our organisation as the Head of Studio Management. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to oversee the operations of our creative studio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in studio management, a strong understanding of the creative process, and the ability to drive operational efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies tailored to the local market.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing local team, collaborating with HR on hiring and retention strategies.
  • Adapt HR policies to comply with local cultural and legal requirements.
  • Establish the local office as a desirable workplace in the region.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies in line with local regulations.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth business functions.
  • Foster collaboration between local teams and other regional departments.
  • Optimize resource allocation, ensuring effective use of personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Continuously assess processes to identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
  • Use data-driven insights to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify potential operational risks and implement strategies to mitigate them while ensuring business continuity.
  • Develop and oversee operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective processes.
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives where applicable.
  • Manage vendor relationships and supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and cost management.
  • Ensure a safe, well-equipped, and efficient workplace environment with proper facilities and logistics support.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in operations management, including leadership roles.
  • Strong background in setting up and managing operational functions, ideally within a relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in management systems and data analysis tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of local legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful teams.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A strategic, innovative mindset focused on operational efficiency and process improvement.
