Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for independently managing orders on-site at our customers in Croatia, as well as supporting our customers in Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Kosovo.
• You conduct inventory assessments, perform service assignments, carry out repairs, and provide training on-site at our customers' locations.
• You take care of preventive maintenance operations at our customers' sites to ensure the smooth functioning of our machines.
• You are responsible for managing modifications and retrofits and at the same time, you are the expert point of contact for our customers.
• You do the assembly and commissioning of our machines and systems on-site at the customer's location.

Your profile

• You have either completed education in plant engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering or posses’ technical knowledge in machinery or production industry.
• You have already gained professional experience, ideally as a service technician.
• You work independently, are a reliable and communicative team player, with a willingness to travel 100%.
• You are flexible and have strong improvisation skills.
