Country Lead

An award-winning, multi-licensed broker specializing in online CFD trading is looking for a Country Lead to expand institutional sales and manage business development in India or Thailand. 📌 Location: Remote (India or Thailand)
📄 Employment Type: Full-time
💰 Remuneration: Competitive base salary + commission
🏦 Industry: Online CFD Trading (FX, Crypto, Oil, Metals, Shares, Indices)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Identify & pursue new institutional clients through cold calling, networking, and industry contacts
✔ Develop & execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets and close high-value deals
✔ Onboard & manage institutional clients, ensuring long-term partnerships
✔ Lead & mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive performance
✔ Stay updated on FX market trends, competitors & regulatory changes to refine sales strategies
✔ Track & report sales activities via CRM tools, providing performance insights
✔ Represent the company at industry events, expanding networks with key decision-makers
✔ Deliver high-impact presentations to communicate the company’s value proposition

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

✅ Fluent in English (C1+) – both written & spoken
✅ 5-7 years of experience in FX sales, focusing on institutional clients & liquidity solutions
✅ Proven track record of closing large deals & exceeding revenue targets
✅ Strong network of institutional clients (banks, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms) & IB relationships
✅ Solid understanding of FX liquidity, trading platforms, and market dynamics
✅ Experience managing & leading teams of Business Development Managers (BDMs)
✅ Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills
✅ Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
✅ Strong knowledge of local market dynamics, competitors, and regulatory landscapes
