About position

Our office in Valencia is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Trainer/Coach who, in addition to their own work, will guide and coach colleagues. We are looking for a coach/trainer with leadership experience, preferably in the commercial (telemarketing) sector. You have experience in coaching within a telesales environment and speak and write flawless Dutch. You are enthusiastic, driven, and engaged, and you have the ability to transfer this energy to others. You know how to motivate people but are also comfortable addressing them when necessary. Additionally, you actively participate in daily operations and lead by example.

Your tasks

• You take on an active role as a team leader while participating in the primary process as an Inside Sales representative.
• In addition to your sales role, you will have the time and space to train new colleagues, help them improve, and manage a team.
• You act as the first point of contact for your team and monitor KPIs such as scheduled appointments and quality standards.
• You report directly to the operational manager of the office (weekly meetings).
• You motivate and inspire your team.

Your profile

For this role, we are looking for a proactive individual with an mid educational level who is not afraid to take on a leadership position. You are hands-on, accurate, work efficiently, and can maintain an overview, even in stressful and dynamic situations. Flexibility and the willingness to pioneer in a young organization are crucial. You have an analytical mindset, a passion for learning, strong commercial and communication skills, and an ambitious attitude. Experience in the contact center industry and an affinity with IT are a plus. You are comfortable working with different software programs, and Microsoft Office holds few secrets for you.
