Your Role
As our new ECT, you will:
🌟 Plan and deliver engaging lessons that motivate and inspire your students to learn.
🌟 Create a warm, inclusive, and exciting classroom atmosphere where children feel safe, happy, and ready to explore.
🌟 Monitor and support student progress, providing constructive feedback that helps each child achieve their personal best.
🌟 Encourage a love of learning and cultivate curiosity in every child, helping them develop key skills for the future.
🌟 Collaborate with your brilliant team, sharing ideas and learning from others to improve your teaching practice.
🌟 Engage with parents and carers to build strong relationships and provide regular updates on student progress.
🌟 Develop your teaching skills through our amazing CPD opportunities and support specifically designed for ECTs.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who:
💫 Has a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
💫 Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
💫 Is passionate about teaching in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 and eager to help children grow and succeed.
💫 Has a solid understanding of the National Curriculum and knows how to make lessons fun and engaging for all learners.
💫 Communicates clearly and effectively with students, staff, and parents.
💫 Has a positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
💫 Is committed to ongoing professional development and wants to continue growing as an educator.
