A nurturing Catholic School in Westminster is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. We are looking for an educator who can inspire a love of mathematics and foster problem-solving skills in our students.

About the Role:

• Deliver engaging Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching strategies and resources.
• Facilitate problem-solving activities and encourage students to develop their mathematical fluency.
• Assess student progress through regular assessments, problem-solving tasks, and written examinations.
• Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and participate in departmental meetings.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Mathematics.
• Proven experience teaching Maths to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex mathematical concepts in an accessible manner.
• Commitment to the values and ethos of Catholic education.
