Head of Geography - Outstanding Hackney School

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Geography department.

• Lead and manage a team of dedicated Geography teachers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Geography or a related subject.
• Proven leadership experience in a secondary school setting.
• Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of the Geography curriculum.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• A commitment to student success and a passion for Geography education.
