Your Role as SEN Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to students with additional needs.
• Use innovative teaching strategies to support students with a variety of learning styles.
• Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic development.
• Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
• Foster a nurturing and positive learning environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A qualified SEN Teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
• Experience working with students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
• A compassionate and patient approach to teaching.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
