An Outstanding sixth-form college in Birmingham requires a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join their Art department. This is a full-time, permanent position teaching Key Stage 5 (with potential for Key Stage 4 for a suitably experienced candidate).

Art Teacher Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Art lessons that meet the requirements of the curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide effective feedback.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Art department.

Art Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Art Teacher Status (QTS).
• A degree in Art, Fine Art, or a closely related subject.
• Proven experience teaching Art at the secondary or post-16 level.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The desire to work as an Art Teacher.
