The Role:

  • Full-time KS5 History Specialist with the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities within the department.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the A-Level History curriculum.
  • Mentor and support junior staff members, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the History department.
  • Deliver outstanding A-Level History lessons, fostering a passion for the subject among students.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Degree in History or a related field.
  • Significant experience teaching A-Level History and a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and a strong understanding of departmental management.
  • Right to work in the UK.
