A leading Independent secondary school in Surrey is seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their thriving Science department. This is a full-time, permanent position, teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of Key Stage 5 teaching for a suitably experienced candidate. Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that fosters intellectual curiosity and independent learning.
• Assess student progress rigorously and provide detailed, personalized feedback.
• Contribute to the development of the whole Science curriculum, potentially including enrichment activities and extension opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department and across the wider school community.
• Teaching at a leading private school.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A strong degree in a Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field).
• Proven experience teaching Science at the secondary level, ideally within the independent sector.
• Excellent subject knowledge across all three sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) at Key Stage 3 and 4.
• Exceptional communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
