About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Biology lessons across Key Stages 3-5, including A-Level.
• Plan and deliver practical investigations, laboratory experiments, and fieldwork activities to enhance student learning.
• Encourage scientific inquiry and critical thinking through research projects and class discussions.
• Prepare students for examinations while nurturing their curiosity and developing their scientific literacy.
• Actively participate in the school community and contribute to the wider life of the Academy.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Biology and a passion for scientific inquiry.
• Proven experience teaching Biology at GCSE and A-Level, with a proven track record of student success.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A creative and engaging teaching style that inspires students to explore the wonders of the natural world.
