Your Role:

🔹 Deliver personalised teaching in a multi-sensory environment for students with complex needs
🔹 Collaborate with a team of therapists and support staff to ensure the holistic development of each child
🔹 Implement EHCPs to track progress and ensure each child is supported to achieve their best
🔹 Provide a nurturing, engaging learning environment that promotes independence and self-confidence
🔹 Communicate with families to ensure effective home-school partnerships

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ QTS or equivalent teaching qualification with experience in PMLD or complex needs
✔️ Empathy, creativity, and resilience in teaching students with profound learning difficulties
✔️ A passion for inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit individual needs
✔️ Experience working with EHCPs or a strong desire to gain experience in this area
