The Role

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development of the RE curriculum, ensuring it meets academic, ethical, and cultural learning objectives.
  • Deliver engaging, knowledge-rich lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking.
  • Mentor and support colleagues in curriculum planning, assessment design, and subject-specific pedagogy.
  • Promote inclusive and representative RE teaching, fostering an appreciation of diverse religious and secular perspectives.
  • Build strong links with local faith communities, universities, and interfaith initiatives to provide real-world learning opportunities.
