Your Mission as a Lead Piping Construction Supervisor

As a Lead Piping Construction Supervisor, your mission is to ensure the seamless execution of piping construction projects. You will lead and inspire a team, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, project schedules, and quality benchmarks. Your technical expertise and leadership will be vital in managing resources, resolving challenges, and delivering projects efficiently and safely.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as Lead Piping Construction Supervisor

• Oversee construction processes, coordinating workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Enforce safety regulations, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Manage conflicts, allocate resources, and maintain accurate project records.
• Write and approve Permits to Work, ensuring hazard controls are understood and followed.
• Interface with clients, site managers, and engineering teams to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor schedules, assist with commissioning, and manage as-built drawings.
• Lead and motivate the piping team, ensuring quality work and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as Lead Piping Construction Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Good years of industry experience, with years of experience in construction and EPCC projects.
• Proven experience as a Lead Piping Supervisor with strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Expertise in piping, project management, design, construction, procurement, costing, equipment fabrication, commissioning, and safety.
• Familiarity with state and safety codes, and the ability to read and interpret design drawings.
• Basic knowledge of civil, mechanical, and instrumentation disciplines.

• Working Days & Hours: Rotation (6x3)
• Location: South of Sirt - Libya
