Your Mission as a Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, your mission is to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. You will be instrumental in shaping our brand’s presence across multiple channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling message that resonates with our target audience.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Marketing Specialist

• Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and trends.
• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Assist in inbound and outbound marketing activities, including content development, advertising, and event planning.
• Coordinate with external vendors to manage promotional events and campaigns.
• Work closely with internal teams to align brand messaging and marketing efforts.
• Plan and implement outreach initiatives via social media, email, TV, and other relevant channels.
• Analyze marketing data (campaign performance, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to optimize future strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for improvement.
• Manage brand narrative and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Marketing Specialist

• Proven experience as a marketing specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
• Experience with marketing data analytics and related tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and marketing applications (e.g., Google Ads, web analytics).
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Additional Information

• Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8 am - 4 pm.
