Your Mission as a Branch Manager
As a Branch Manager, your mission is to lead and develop a high-performing team that delivers outstanding customer satisfaction and drives ancillary sales growth. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring that the branch achieves and exceeds its sales and service targets.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Branch Manager
- Develop and maintain high customer satisfaction levels while growing ancillary sales.
- Lead and oversee Supervisors and Rental Agents to ensure daily operational efficiency.
- Set, monitor, and drive staff to meet and exceed sales and service targets.
- Manage and administer staff sales and service incentive programs.
- Train and develop employees to uphold excellent customer service standards.
- Handle and analyze customer complaints while implementing necessary improvements.
- Stay informed about competitor activities within the area.
- Recruit, induct, and develop staff in line with company policies.
- Identify and address training and development needs.
- Plan for succession by developing staff for higher responsibilities.
- Manage employee relations and performance effectively.
- Conduct team meetings to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Enforce uniform policies and maintain a clean, professional counter area.
- Ensure the safety of staff, customers, and company assets.
- Oversee branch administration tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize work shifts to maximize service efficiency while controlling costs.
- Promote and sell car rental products to achieve branch targets.
- Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Branch Manager
- Strong presentation, selling, and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Proven leadership abilities with effective communication and motivational skills.
- Excellent people management and staff development experience.
- Strong customer service and sales expertise.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Experience in the car rental industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- A proactive and driven individual capable of leading the branch to success.
Additional Information:
- Employment Type: Full-Time position.
- Location: Benghazi, Libya.
- Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 AM - 04:30 PM.
