Partner Support Representative with German

In this role, you will provide SEO optimization recommendations, content audits, and digital marketing support to partners. 🔹 Responsibilities:

✅ SEO & Content Optimization

• Conduct basic SEO optimization (KW gap analysis, onsite search recommendations).
• Perform content audits and review online audit results.
• Provide quality checks and feedback to audit agencies.

✅ Partner Support & Training

• Onboard and train partners on content best practices.
• Troubleshoot content-related issues and ensure toolkit execution.
• Monitor and track performance improvements and optimizations.

✅ Data Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare partner optimization reports highlighting key gaps and recommendations.
• Track KPIs and analyze digital marketing execution.
• Support partners in achieving digital business goals.

🔹 What You Bring:

🔹 Language Skills: Native/fluent German (C1) and English (B2+ level).
🔹 Experience: Minimum 1 year in online sales, digital content management, or eCommerce.
🔹 Education: Degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business Administration (preferred).
🔹 Digital Marketing Knowledge: Experience with SEO, eMerchandising, and web analytics is a plus.
🔹 Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
🔹 Tech-Savvy: Strong computing literacy (Windows, Office, etc.).
