• Teach Sociology at Key Stage 4 and A-Level, following exam specifications and incorporating contemporary social issues.
• Promote critical thinking and encourage students to analyse social structures and inequalities.
• Assess student understanding and contribute to curriculum development.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives that promote social justice and community engagement.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong Sociology subject knowledge and a commitment to social justice.
• Experience teaching Sociology at A-Level, with a focus on both theoretical perspectives and research methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusivity.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
