Physics Teacher – Kingston Secondary School

An Outstanding secondary school in Kingston is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physics Teacher to join their Science department. This is a full-time, permanent position, primarily involving teaching at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Physics lessons that meet curriculum requirements and examination board specifications.
• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that fosters scientific inquiry.
• Assess student progress effectively and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the Physics curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the Science department.
• Teaching at an Outstanding school

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A degree in Physics or a closely related field.
• Proven experience teaching Physics at the secondary level, including A-Level.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for physics.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• The desire to work as a Physics Teacher
