 Your Responsibilities

✔️ Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
✔️ Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued.
✔️ Monitor and assess students’ progress, using observations to inform planning.
✔️ Develop early literacy and numeracy skills through creative and play-based learning.
✔️ Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the KS1 curriculum.
✔️ Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing updates on progress.
✔️ Take part in school meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities.

 What We’re Looking For

🔹 QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education.
🔹 Experience teaching in KS1 with a strong understanding of the curriculum.
🔹 A passion for engaging and inspiring young learners.
🔹 Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies.
🔹 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
🔹 A commitment to ongoing professional development.
