Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the EYFS curriculum through creative, play-based learning.
• Ensure each child’s learning and developmental needs are fully supported.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and child-centered learning environment.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience in an EYFS setting, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and learning.
