Your Role & Responsibilities

✔️ Delivering Outstanding Lessons – Plan and teach exciting and creative lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum, ensuring high levels of engagement and progress.
✔️ Fostering a Positive Classroom Environment – Create a warm, inclusive, and structured learning space where every child feels valued and supported.
✔️ Monitoring and Assessing Progress – Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
✔️ Collaborating with Colleagues – Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to share best practices and contribute to a positive and dynamic school culture.
✔️ Engaging with Parents & Carers – Maintain regular communication with parents to update them on student progress and encourage home-school partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a teacher who:
✅ Has a passion for teaching – A motivated educator who is enthusiastic about inspiring and supporting Year 3 students.
✅ Has KS2 teaching experience – Previous experience in Year 3 or a strong understanding of the Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum.
✅ Is a strong communicator – Able to engage, motivate, and build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
✅ Is adaptable and proactive – Thrives in a collaborative and dynamic school environment, willing to contribute to wider school life.
