What You Will Be Doing

• Delivering Outstanding Lessons: Plan, teach, and assess engaging lessons in a variety of subjects, ensuring that the curriculum is delivered in a fun and inspiring way that encourages student participation and progression.
• Creating an Inclusive Learning Environment: Foster an environment where all students feel confident, supported, and motivated. You’ll differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of each child, ensuring every student reaches their potential.

• Building Positive Relationships with Families: Communicate regularly with parents and carers, sharing updates on student progress and helping to build a supportive partnership in each child’s learning journey.

• Passion for Teaching: A strong desire to inspire young learners and create a love for learning in every child you teach.
• Experience in KS2: Previous experience in KS2, ideally with knowledge of the primary curriculum and a proven ability to engage students in creative and effective learning.
• Team Player: A collaborative attitude, able to work well with colleagues, share ideas, and support others to achieve common goals.
• Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, creating positive and supportive relationships.
